but I'd rather have the time than the $ Despite having to spend almost 7 hours in my car(when I am used to walking to work), today was a good day. I had a very good meeting with the folks up in Santa Barbara and recharged a bit of my belly-fire for work tomorrow. That said, I'm about to go on vacation. Next week we go up north to play a few shows, and then...? I'm still trying to figure that out. I am notorious for not using enough vacation time. Just for laffs the other day I calculated how much dough my unused sick time amounted to -- uh, somewhere in the neighborhood of 11 grand. Ha ha ha. Yeah. I guess I like my job. |
